People are way too meta. Its not housing or income. Men are simply becoming more and more averse to talking to women. Probably has a lot to do with video games and the socialization hit they took during covid. A whole group of guys missed vital parts of their life where they'd develop the experience of talking to woman and the prevalence of avoidant personalities makes it compound as they age. With so many distractions they just silo themselves away. It doesn't help that the seemingly only way to talk to women now a days is through apps and for a lot of guys that seems daunting. At a certain point you have so little experience with women that it essentially solidifies in your mind as an impossibility and dating is a scary thing to be avoided.

AKA we're Japan level fucked in terms of socialization and dating and it happened extremely fast. Nothing can be done besides arranged marriages
