The avatarfag/signaturefag rule is to combat people derailing a thread or lowering a thread's quality by using your avatar/signature in an unrelated thread.
As such, making multiple threads with the same character, trip, name etc is OK
Replying to random threads with the avatar/trip however, is not
Remember when every time manx pops up, he got called a manlet, derailing a thread?
THAT is what 13 tries to combat. Not the posting of new threads every now and then.
Since figuring this out, I only make 1/2 kagari threads a day, and only Kagarireply to Kagari threads or GET threads (or other such threads where it is appropriate).
So, to recap, rule 13 is not meant to ban posting the same character a lot, it is meant to crack down on threads being derailed because of someone's identity. It's to stop "famous 4channers" from derailing.
This is also why Cirnoposters don't get banned: there's enough of them to make a Cirno post in a thread not fall under "derailing by a famous channer".
As I said, I'm trying to work myself into this rule, but you... you clearly aren't. You are still posting Ghibli replies to non-Ghibli threads, which is what 13 does NOT allow, as there's one, maybe 2 of you. Creating your own threads is fine, replying Ghibli where appripriate is fine, but randomly adding a Ghibli is not.
