wine really fucks up half my games for some reason, like Deus Ex will start flashing strangely and then just shut down

Morrowind runs okay though. Maybe if I used GOG instead of Steam?

Okay so i'm using CrossOver and running Deus Ex I bought from GOG, works fine in every way except the game is way too fat, something about dual processor cores or something. Is there a command I can use in game to set it to just one processor or can I change the game's files or something? Any help would be appreciated
