i guarantee the judge(s) behind this are unhappy, small minded napoleon complex, mall cop, middle management, little tyrant types. involved in athletics trying to relive their own glory days and getting a small, semi-erotic thrill out of exerting power on the proceedings because they have been robbed of it everywhere else in their life.
