Do you mean the birthing or the miscarriage? Because that only happens if the baby is too far along to just be dumped out. I mean it's what her body's doing, flushing it out. Did you want them to leave that rotting corpse in there to kill her?

If you mean the miscarriage perhaps she should look at her life choices.

All of this is natural, I've miscarriagied before. Could be a million reasons I don't know why God is suddenly the bad guy.
