He prepare horsemeat like this:
-slices of horse are fermented for 4 weeks
-salt is added
-it was not put in the oven at +127 degrees C for 12 minutes
-instead meat was slightly warmed up in steam to dry it up
He contracted hepatitis virus from the meat and died

So far 42 people who ate horse metwurst have ended up in the hospital but only one has been confirmed dead. He has died within last 3 days, they did not told the press exact time of death or who the man exactly was. We don't know his age.
