>>19800883Buy a holosun and match it with a 3x mag that flips up and down. That’s for your .223
If you have a .308 AR10, then go same setup with a 6x magnifier.
.223 won’t carry much energy past 500yards anyway. And the drop + drift is beyond your skill level, no matter what scope you buy. That’s the truth, and anyone that disagrees is a stupid nigger. 223 shines best between 50yards to 300 yards. Inside of 50 yards… why not use a shotgun or just suck him off and be friends.
.308 is more suited for 300-600 yards, of course it is overpowered under 300 yards against humans. It’s not hard to hit things at 600 if you have a simple 6x scope. Just trust me.
Beyond that, switch up to a .338 LM bolt gun and learn some fast mental math. That will take from 600 up to 800, but it’s not super easy if there is wind.
If you want a 1000 yard fuck-you gun, I suggest a 416, but that’s 10k for a good one, and at least 3k scope to make it worth it.
Remember that guns are more for hunting than fighting. Most of the casualties we took in the sandbox were not from bullets.
