I think this is a monkey brain thing where men hate to see other men increase their status because it means more competition so they seethe when manlets fix their short stature with this surgery. I will never do it because I'm 5'11 and that's enough for me but if I was below 5'7 I'd probably do it. Being really short comes with real disadvantages you can't deny that.
