Other types of medical care are private but subsidized for the poor (pharmaceuticals, dental) and some is largely private (in-house visits, rehabilitative care). Other countries leave more aspects of health care to the market or include it in a single payer system funded by taxes. All of these systems are the results of political deals and compromises made within those specific countries where representatives of the people arrived at a common solution
