I saw it happen live. 2009 women in metalhead communities were nicknamed "Gotho-pouf" in French (gotho-whore), then a few of them became the girlfriends of the regular metalhead simps and started molding them to their political ideas. Fast-forward five years and you can't tell the difference between Hellfest and Evergreen University.
They did that to a lot of communities back then. Basically, never, ever let women take any sort of significance anywhere unless you want to see your space turn into Tumblr.
