Why would you learn german, there is not one german show worth watching.

The way I got fairly good with German was by listening to German music. Helps with pronunciation, and you can look up the lyrics and eventually learn the phrases.

I feel one good way to learn languages is to watch childrens shows in that language.

You need clear pronunciation and simple sentence structure/grammar.

If you like metal you can hear Rammstein and look at the lyrics.
They usually speak very nice German without any weird German accent.
Also the music is fantastic.

I actually like Rammstein, I was listening to ich tu dir weh the other day and realised about half way though I could actually kinda understand it, which was neat.
