Anyway, it has never really been used where I live. Not much happens here, there's a few big rainstorms every year and a few years ago we've had horrible wind and before that cold that both destroyed a lot of wood in the forests and I suppose we are at risk for earthquakes but we're nevertheless a bit out of the way.
In other parts of the country, there are areas where they are at a higher risk of avalanches and earthquakes, the littoral regions get summer fires and the bright minds who built houses in areas that are at a higher risk of flooding get to empty their cellars of water every few years.
