And also how they simultaneously have their families and their lives threatened on one end if the don't fully comply, but then are offered important, low-level powerful, well paying positions along with other perks if they do agree to participate. And of course along with the more obvious threats of violence, they also have video and photographic blackmail on all of these "former" victtims, which they are forced to make again and agin after they turn 18, so that the can simultaneously have them arrested and discredited all in one fell swoop if they ever even give so much as a hint that they aren't being 100% obedient.
