for 2 days I slept like a baby at normal times after staying up all night a few days ago. Tonight the hunger from my dieting got to me and I didn't feel tired at all (still don't) so an all nighter it is. Wish me luck!

also another way to fix sleep schedule is an alarm in the morning, so you at least get a bit of sleep instead of a whole night of sleep deficit. make the alarm a bit earlier each time.
