Sadly, I don't know of a fully based preacher. They usually reject biblical nationslism/ethnonationalism, even if they are good on everything else. Maybe Andrew Isker? He has talked about the jews and is pretty based on other issues, IMHO. Joel Webbon? R. J. Rushdoony was surely based but he's dead. I like James White, but he opposes Christian Nationalism and is certainly against ethnocentrism, even though he has made comments about black problems.
