I have a very spotty resume. Basically I'm an undermployed loser. I have good references. Should I only list my most recent job? Is it against any "rules" or will I get caught on a background check for doing so? If I get asked what I've done before what should I do?

I have so many questions I just want to work and not be a loser but idk how to get to that position.
