>>1986644Resume of the fall of shounen anime based on representative normie anime:
Modern anime goes back in 2003-2004 with shounen series like Samurai champloo, FMA, Bleach, Elfen lied or Paranoia agent.
2006 was the borderline of shounen with "Death Note" and after that the shonen industry hit concrete.
Then in 2007 something happened, and "Lucky star" appeared and the boom of moeshit started, in 2009-10 "K-on" was the catalyzer of what we have now.
They tried to mix shounen with moeshit and we got "Madoka Magica", "Mirai Nikki", "Boku no hero academia" and "Little witch academia".
Now;
Moe is overproduced,
meanwhile shounen stuff is in the same quantity or less.
Also anime quality is getting worse and cheaper, they think they can produce high amounts of episodes by serie without thinking about quality.
>Dragon Ball Super>Berserk (2016)Do you want to know the worst part?
Moe stuff is not suffering the low quality issues of modern anime.
>Nichijou>Kemono shitIn the actual day, shounen tried hard but the normies are a pain in the ass,
>One punch man>Attack on Titan>TerraformarsI'm out of the wagon before 3DCG comes around and kills Japanese animation, and I blame Disney.
