And they were all still destroyed by farm kids and teddy bears. They're vastly weaker than a single Blackstone Fortress. (Though they were not built by the Imperium, just humies squatting on some abandoned ancient artifacts.)
The Imperium has the Exterminatus. They have weapons used to regularly wipe out entire worlds, which was a huge feat in the SW universe. If you can burrow into the core of a planet and destroy it with a single weapon blast I'd imagine they'd make short work of a slow, lumbering starbase that can't even target moving capital ships. Even the nonsense Starkiller Base from the last StarJews movie would still be rekt by a single ship with a cyclonic torpedo, or a single servitor with a bauble of the life-eater virus. The Galactic Empire has nothing to compare with that level of power.
Even the Orks have the tech level to crash a goddamn moon into a planet just so they can harvest the best bits.
