>>19892264This story yes. The same magazine published a poem of mine last year which is why I have high hopes of the story being accepted. But it looks like I will have to wait two more weeks to find out after all.
>but i'm not to good with youngsters i thinkI doubt most teachers are. Even if they were popular when they were in school that was among members of their own generation. I think a good teacher should simply be good at conveying the subject in an interesting way and whether he is good at socialising with his class or not should be irrelevant.
>It's the ideal scenario but well i mean kinda abstract for me. Maybe like thinking about swimming without knowing how to.You will learn. I used to teach maths (if you can call that maths) to kindergarteners. Normally I would have had to entertain them but I found it all stupid so I never did. The girls were very easy to handle, they just did as they were told and always paid attention to me even though I never tried to entertain them. Thankfully my group was mostly girls so the job wasn't too difficult. Despite what people try to make you believe these days, girls are instinctively more receptive to authority.
The odd boy I had to handle was very annoying, boys are more active and so they have to be entertained to be able to stay focused and they don't obey as readily as girls do. I resigned when I found out that my next group was supposed to be mostly boys.
