The dumbest, oldest comedy trope anyone can think of, like a guy slipping on a banana peel, was funny to people 100 years ago for two reasons. 1. this gag is at the expense of the guy falling, which gratifies the audience by positioning them as his "superior." And also, 2. the the minute before he slips and falls invariably sets him up him as "deserving" to look silly by making him do or say something arrogant.
This lady doesn't understand #2 and just rambles about how men suck because intentionally utilitarian clothes like hats aren't designed to look sexy. This isn't an individual lampooning the expectations of the system (like a good joke is), it's the expectations of the system lampooning an individual. Even women who are on board with the message and hate men aren't going to be laughing very sincerely because it breaks the rules of comedy.
