As an older millennial hiring and training zoomers straight out of college for office positions is fucking hell. These adult toddlers have no fucking computer skills due to being raised on phones and touchpads, their business writing is some of the worst I’ve ever seen, their emails are fucking incoherent gibberish, they have no social skills and are afraid to talk to people, and they’re incredibly emotionally fragile, even the men. What the fuck happened to this whole generation to make them so fucking inept and unemployable?
