There are many small but fast-growing free-market economies in Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.) that also pay extremely high salaries to skilled Westerners who come work in their infrastructure projects.
Europe and USA is no longer the center of the world. They are decrepit economies and collapsing societies that the smartest are fleeing from.
France is the prime example of this. It's the #1 country in the world that millionaires are fleeing from, and has been for years.
