You need a license to hold one over here. Planning permission could take a couple of months.
Unlicensed burgers can be confiscated by the police. I heard of one guy who had a workshop in his shed where he made bootleg burgers. Ended up facing a ten year stretch.

What do you usually end up paying in your area to get a burger party approved? I've heard some pretty varying amounts before. $75 minimum here, of course it scales up depending on how many patties you're talking.

I"ve been to the Atelier, a two star bistrot style restaurant by Robuchon in Paris. Every famous people goes to eat there (lastly Neymar) and it's crazy expensive but still worth it.

They do have a burger on the menu. Because people like you exist. Every cook there admit it's the worst thing on the menu but tasteless people are everywhere.

If you obtain a Section Two (there are seven various sections) Party Certificate you can freely hold a fast food party without any limits on bun size and capacity.

You can apply for one at the local Environmental Health Office, generally they just give them put although for a Section Five/Six certificate you'll need two witnesses and Section Seven requires a home visit by the EHO officer.

They do have a "mediocre" (it's still the best burger you'll ever eat) item because rich kids tends to have shit taste or too afraid to order something they don't know.

Sure it's expensive and I wouldn't go there often but the food is really incredible. Some people can afford to overpay for food and this kind of restaurants is perfect for it.
