I genuinely do not get it. I see them brought up way too much, even though they are not a prominent group, or even a loud one.
Probably not a single person knows a real flat earther in real life (and i mean real real, not whatever strawman you made about someone you hate)
Yet whenever a discussion needs to bring up someone you disagree with or something, everyone goes "FLAT EARTHERS EXIST REMEMBER???" and i'm like... what? Who cares?
They are not a relevant group, they are not an influential group, they are barely even a group!
SO WHY ARE PEOPLE SO OBSESSED WITH THEM!?!?
There are people who believe men can be women and women can be men. Or that women are just as strong and smart as men. Yet nobody uses those people as an example of STUPID.
