I talked about fat people and people getting fat in such a horrible way in front of my anorexic gf and she's incredibly hurt by it and now I want to kill myself for how I've made her feel. I don't know what I want to say but I had to type this somewhere. I want to die.

I'm trying to. I realized how much of a hypocrite I am for saying stuff like this and acting like I can say anything about how anybody looks when I tell her she needs to reevauluate how she looks at herself and that I try to encourage her to gain weight but then say these things. I've just wrote paragraphs about this and I've gotten better about discussing some things but somehow I'd never made a mistake about this sort of thing and I explained how I'll try to improve. I still feel so horrible for how she feels right now even if I never did anything to her again. I've really gotten better but I feel like I never deserve to get a chance to when I've left her feeling bad. I just felt like I wanted to write down anywhere how I felt.

Anorexia is one of the highest risk diseases. Something like 10% of people with it die from starvation or suicide. I think besides BPD it's the most fatal psychological diagnosis one can receive.

I was weighting 57 at 13 years and was fat (now an adult) and the thing is in that time I always ate that one sweet that had high calories. I wasn't exercicing and I was anxious about moving my body because it felt weird. I was always at home because of my overprotective mother. The thing is only two thing happend during that time: I sometimes missed the bus, before that I began exercising bc of some videos of people weightlifting.
