Thats awesome anon I haven't made a civ 5 map in quite a long time but I like to use maps generated in civ 5 for worldbuilding. This one was inspired by a game I played as egypt abd had alot of fun

I love making maps and worldbuilding around them. Other than Civ, I made a few for Minecraft with WorldPainter, and some for Battle for Wesnoth. Maybe other games, too, but I forget.

I used to draw maps a lot as a child.

I'm not good at making maps I struggle with proportions a lot and I always 2nd guess something I put in there thinking how it can be more realistic

It's all fine; I just eyeball it most of the time too

I once made an amazing layered globe map in gimp that followed tectonics and shiet, but I had forgotten about it for many years until now, and sadly it is lost forever
