It is believed that God flooded the earth because Mankind was mostly corrupted with demon blood.
Blood and genetics are important, Look at Matthew Chapter 1. It is pretty much a ancestry of Jesus Christ.
Fallin Angels tried to corrupt the DNA of man through impregnating women in the days of old. What do you think they would try in the future? I don't know if the Vax is the mark of the beast. But I think it makes sense that demons of today would still try to corrupt human DNA.
