>>19965273>You lost 5 kg per month? Not too impressive actually, I was 106kg and 180cm. I was fit before, but after a serious injury I got really obese, so, well, dieting and exercise wasn't really a new thing for me, so I nosedived into this shit.
>lmao I have trouble to GAIN that amountStart eating high-calorie foods then
>To get to 60kg was a force-feeding effort in itselfNo way... Life is unfair, isn't it? Gaining muscle is even slower than losing fat (I wouldn't call it harder tho)
>glycogen is a fnord word with no bearing on the original argumentLie. When you grab the barbell off the rack, do a few reps, and then SUDDENLY feel that you can't lift it anymore because your arms have suddenly given out - that's the absolute absence of stored glycogen. How do you think it helps to train if your limbs give up in the middle of the exercise? By the way, lifting is not for losing fat. But it's the same for cardio too. When you have no energy in your body, you have trouble exercising, which in turn hinders your ability to lose fat more efficiently. You still have to push through, but that's the way it is.
>is the lack of dopamineOnly if you're really fat and lazy and have no willpower
>basically, pure water is safe for humans for weight loss procedures for up to 100 days in a rowGood luck with that. No one has the willpower to exercise and live on water alone.
