Won't work because both magnets are attached to the car; is the same as applying force to a wall, the wall will apply the force back and neither you or the wall will move.
Even with one magnet it will stay still, because,again, it's attached to the car.

Honestly you want the right answer?

You do move, only a little bit though. The reason it's infeasible is because you would need a very large collection of magnets. I think the myth was partially busted for this one IIRC

Well, if one magnet would weight like 400% of the total mass of the bike and yourself and the other would be the same, maybe you'd be moving like a mm a day or something. Natural friction will still cancel out any possible gains, same way it would in the air, as air has friction, too. It could maybe potentially work in space to some extent, but with the pull so low (or else it's unfeasible to get such big magnets into space, we would have to launch hundreds of payloads to orbit and construct it all in space - something we're yet to learn to do at all) I doubt there's a reason to even try and do something this dumb.

That's literally *almost* how lifters work. The problem here is that the magnetic link is static and thus becomes a part of the structure preventing any gain. Whereas the lifter sends emits radiation which is then separate from the structure allowing the antenna on the other end to receive it and be pushed.
