and you still fail to realize that the entire structure of college is based around debt and usury. if you're a person who is looking to improve their status in life by specifically going to college, then you're competing against all the other people that are using all of these financial aid resources. inflation is a bitch that fucks everyone, and the real cost of going to any college has dramatically gone up while the value has stayed the same. why? because they fucking know already that everyone is using the financial aid. raise the price because more free money is always coming in. its a fucked up system that actively needs to be crushed, and fuck you and anybody like you for defending it. it might be easy for you to just argue "lol don't go to college if you can't afford it", but its a difficult decision between terrible education in k-12 and propaganda telling you that you're a loser if you don't go
