It was primarily an ego thing, but every time a position comes open she's very happy to provide a stack of resumes of a dozen of her closest friends and cousins got consideration. Ultimately, she was simply trying to undermine me to get me out so she could get her own people in there.
>>19995912You can call it seething, but what's really going on is our ongoing realization that our wages are being depressed by you guys, we end up doing all the work anyway because, largely, your people are incompetent and duplicitous, and we have to deal with your unwarranted arrogance. I mean, I can handle a strong, arrogant personality if you can at least back it up with capability. But it's like you guys have no self awareness. It's like your entire race has a severe case of Dunning-Kruger.
