>>19996026>flerfer denies that he said that the Sun changed shapeHere's what kills the flerfer, the tan part of trigonometry:
Earth has a equiatorial circumference of 40,075.017 km. Let's assume it's an equinox at the time where the Sun is perfect over Lat 0, Long 0.
First, we divide the circumference into quarters:
10,018.754 = 40,075.017 / 4
Then, we position our two observers 1° closer to Lat 0, Long 0. (And remember, there's 90° in every quarter. So they are 89° from it.)
9,907.434 = 10,018.754 * (89/90)
That would make the Sun be 1° over the horizon (and remember that flerfers doesn't believe in atmospheric refraction).
172.934 = tan 1 * 9,907.434
That means that the Sun is just almost 173 km from Flerf's surface! XD
And since the Sun has the same apparent size, then it must mean that it changes size depending on where you are!!!! XXDD
