ED things I tried and associated success:
Sildenafil: works, expensive, minor negative side effects
Tadalafil: works, daily option available, helps lower BP, improves gym pumps
Trazodone: minor improvement, helps with insomnia
TRT: noticeable difference 2-3 weeks after changing dose (0 to some or some to something more), then stabilizes
No SSRIs: works
No DHT blockers: somewhat works
Sleep better: in contrast, not sleeping at all, exacerbates the problem
Resolving anxiety, depression issues: both issues exacerbate the problem
Caffeine: minor improvement
Creatine: minor improvement at the beginning, then stabilizes
Spicy foods: didn't help, didn't cause extra harm
Increase protein intake and from animal sources: minor improvement at the beginning, then stabilizes
Increase calories and carbs if body fat below 12%: works
Decrease body fat below 25%: minor improvement
Increase LISS cardio: minor improvement
Resistance training: minor improvement
Vit D3: didn't help, didn't cause extra harm
Zn: didn't help, didn't cause extra harm
Mg: didn't help, didn't cause extra harm
Maca: didn't help, didn't cause extra harm
Organic, barely processed foods: didn't help, didn't cause extra harm
No porn (especially the more detached from your reality): works, but takes time
No masturbation (especially with bare hands): works, replacing hands with fleshlight like toys, could fix death grip issues, but takes time
No ejaculation: inconclusive, sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't
No alcohol overconsumption: works, whisky dick is a thing
Flirting: even online only, even without the objective of meeting, somewhat works
Don't bother with branded meds unless your source is questionable.
Don't jump to TRT without clinical guidance.
