TV serie: New California Republics town Shady Sands gets blasted by nuke there is nothing left

The Game: Shady Sands is intact as it was not near the big nuclear blast (the next town from it however was)

Emil Pagliarulo claims New Vegas games's occurences are part of the canon.

i saw in episode 2 there is a russian satellite crash landed in the desert. Did the show bitch out and avoid all Chinese criticism? I haven't heard a single word about china hate so far and it is pretty much the hallmark of the fallout series. Hopefully they didn't just make the communists generic russians because it is trendy to hate russia in current era/timeline.

yeah Fallout 1 and 2 games had lot against Chinese at least

and these games are the most important due to not having much of graphics so its all text which means there is a LOT of script while Fallout 3 based games are just graphics

People seem to generally like the fallout tv series but I find it kinda meh. The main character Lucy is just unrealistically naive and stupid. Every episode follows the same scheme: it's a constant juggle between two contrast scenes: one of a legit fallout world that we have come to know from the games (violence, gore, terror, poverty, cannibals etc.) and the other just completely absurd childish comedic scenes with extremely cheap, simple and awkward jokes and moments that make you feel "bleh". I feel like many of the sets they have built and added greenscreen to are not well made. The acting and directing in most of the scenes is subpar.

And because we are in pol, the series has an awfully lot of interracial relationships and it seems that most if not all of the weak and/or evil characters are, once again, white.
