flags should have been more than sufficient to solve the whatever issue they had, just don't allow to use memeflags like /pol/ and keep only tied to geographical position so a jeet needs to spend money for a VPN and a pass
besides why the fuck would biz (a blue board) be the testing ground for email verification, why not pol, v, int, b, tv, as if none of those boards are getting spammed endlessly
