First of all, they give them nice town houses instead of shitty projects, then they have a welfare to work program that pays for childcare, and slowly drops off as they make money at a steady job so they're more secure when they leave the system.
The amount of non-repeat welfare slugs is so much lower than the US. They must be f'ing something up, if they don't even want to go back on welfare??
