There are no long term studies about the effects of vaping but there are certainly young people who have been hospitalised from it. I would not at all be surprised it’s more harmful than smoking.
Thirdly, vaping without doubt causes a more potent addiction because unlike cigs, you can constantly puff away on them all day without them burning out and without the need to go outside for one
Fourthly because tyrannical governments such as the UK are trying to stop it’s citizens from smoking while also promoting vaping. See the bbc article about the London council giving free vapes to pregnant women to try and get them to stop smoking. That is some nefarious shit right there.
