I know I have like 15 threads on this board already but I need help finding a software that produces SAME (Specific Area Message Encoding) tones, preferably via a code input such as ZCZC-ORG-EEE-PSSCCC+TTTT-JJJHHMM-LLLLLLLL- (Decoder alert - Originator code - Event code - Location code - Purge time - Exact time of issue - Eight character Callsign) as to mimic an EAS Notification, if anyone could help that would be nice, id ask other boards but the thread is buried or doesn't result in help
