And I understand the argument that tornadocash could be used for money laundering. But regulators fail to realize every single dollar ever in existence has been stolen. And these law makers aren't stupid, they know this too so it isn't about money laundering so much as it is about maintaining the hierarchy of monetary power.
We can conclude, crypto will be permissible because it promotes gambling, vice, theft and fraud. It is the fiat system on steroids. If any crypto posed a real threat, it would be acked in seconds.
