>>20123226>You think I'd let you off easy showing yourself again?Honestly that's about as easy as I think I'll ever get it.
>even if it's only for a bit during war timeI'm considering staying for a while. We'll see what direction the wind blows there, but I certainly enjoyed posting today which is fairly refreshing. I'm sure some people are groaning at the thought already, which just makes it even more enticing!
>remembered as one of the best.Aw shucks, thanks for that. This board is one of the few communities I've ever stumbled across that I enjoy from time to time, even if it's a little unrecognizable these days. Thanks, in turn, for keeping things lively here.
And now, to justify my presence in the thread by responding to OP's question.
>>20119539>What in the world are bant fags even upset about?I know a serious answer isn't what this thread is expecting, but it's what you're going to get from me.
/bant/ has a history of being hostile to outsiders, particularly from boards that either do not mesh with the community or are perceived as being cancerous in some way, such as all the gayposting from /r9k/ or the based & redpilled /pol/teens. Abrupt changes like this have happened since that guy on /r9k/ killed himself and led to /b/, /pol/ and /r9k/ being shut down for... I think it was a week? Anyways, that experience was dreadful and, in my opinion, was the main catalyst for outright hostility towards outgroups. There are several other factors and events that predated that incident of course, but I'm not going to write a PhD thesis in a 4chan post.
