yakno, the funny thing is is that this is still debated. there are a lot of people who will tell you its bad, and lots of others that will tell you the opposite. its one of the greatest unsolved mysterious of our time. personally idk if its good or bad but i still drink it. figure only having 1 cup in the morning cant be that bad even if it is bad 4u
