it's more about eating slop and then immediately laying down or sitting down to play videogames and don't do anything in the next 15 hours, if you eat slop and then go out doing things outside walking you obviously won't get fat just because you're using up the energy and not storing it

i think to gain weight you need nutrients and goyslop only consists of filler and jewpoisons which your body doesn't absorb, it just passes through your digestive system and makes you hungry again

Modern construction workers don’t do much manual labour. Take it from a guy who’s been in the industry for 15 years. The most they do is push a wheelbarrow full of cement. More intensive labour trades like landscapers are often a lot fitter.
