Just had anchovies for the first time. Threw it in some top ramen. While I liked the flavor, I thought it was a bit too salty. But the biggest bummer is that the bones are pretty hard and don't dissolve in your mouth like how sardines do.
Next time I'm just gonna use anchovies as part of a soup or sauce since the fish practically melt into the water, and then I can just strain out the bones
