Did you mix/knead it enough? Is it too salty everywhere or only in one spot? Baking it more wont solve saltiness
Whats "didnt bake right"? Still doughy in some places or just moist? You can check the bread while baking in the oven with a knife, poke it deep and if it has dough sticking to it its definitely not ready yet and need more time
You can try baking it again but it will probably just get dry
Unrelated but if one wants a not so hard crust you can put a wet towel over the bread once outside the oven for a few minutes, the crust will get softer and really nice
