Last year when the barbie and oppenhiemer flicks dropped, there was a massive spam campaign on /tv/, probably paid for by marketers, any criticism, banned.
The day of release of those flicks entire board was shitted up with barbie shit, any criticism...banned
Then next day, back to normal.
Point I am getting at is the mods/jannies are in on this shit half of the time. So yeah, what you are describing on /biz/ sounds like some sort of mod/janny organised shilling/anti shill of their proffered crypto and in reality is actually like a pump n dump scam by controlling marketing on /biz/
I also imagine /biz/ had an influx of traffic from the GME stock bubble reddit/normie team up and had residual newfags that joined the board and were/are easily scammed.
With moot gone and gookmoot not giving a fuck the only way to counter that shit is anons to organise a revolt and spam the board to the point it becomes unusable, like /sp/ did when their mods and jannys got out of control.
