Lagavulin is nice but got insanely expensive over here. I'd like to go for a collection of 5 that I can rotate, something like this
- Ardbeg 10, for when I want strong peat
- Nikka from the Barrel, easy to drink but flavorful and nice punch at 51% ABV
- Redbreast 12, smooth and easy, something to offer guests who aren't that much into whisky.
- Michters Rye, for when you want a rye with that spice
- Bunnahabhain 12, strong sherry cask, fruity and malty
