>>20257191I don't mind the fatty taste, I eat pure fat sometimes, I only have a problem when it's cold. The sourness of pickles goes well with meat in general, I find the crunchier types of pickle better for that, assorted carrots, bell peppers and small onions.
>Horseradish and garlic.Garlic is everywhere, horseradish not really. We only use the radish root for salads, or at least that's the only way I eat it regularly.
