>Indian man in DelhiThat's a good question.... It's kind of a no win situation, very unlikely either will make it out unscathed. Both are significantly disadvantaged from an environmental standpoint. If looks are a factor it's still 50/50. Black woman will end up with herpes and impregnated by age 20, Indian man will have fathered a couple kids by that age too and get locked into a curry infused hell of a marriage locked into his caste. I would say black woman because at least they can wild out with drugs weed alcohol and thugs while living off the system. If it's a black woman in Africa though I'd rather be reborn as an Indian man.
