Do you ever go outside and just watch people? Some place where they don't get spooked if you're doing that. We have far more (and worse) problems than fat women. Most are tattooed up like sailors, have children by two or more men, and think all this shit's perfectly normal (at least as much as a woman ever thinks). You should all be so lucky as to have a woman whose only flaw is that she's fat.
Nothing can be fixed if it involves women who are already adults. I sincerely doubt they can be fixed, but if they could be fixed psychologically, how many decades would that take? They'd all be senior fucking citizens.
The correct answer is to raise daughters, however few or many you can. And to raise them well. This current batch is defective, toss it and make a new one. Nothing else will work.
