So there are a lot of "fixer upper" houses for less than $20k (mostly in nigger towns) that have down payments of around $5k or so. So I can pay the down payment on these houses already. So basically my idea is to leech off my parents until they die, get a mortgage on one of these nigger houses, and slowly pay off the mortgage while working a part time job. Then I can spend most of my time gooning while slowly paying off the nigger house. My only concern is remotely dealing with squatters. I could probably take a road trip up to the place and install some security cameras and if I see any action on the cameras call the police.
